John K. Gallagher is a senior partner and managing shareholder of Guild, Gallagher & Fuller, Ltd. Mr. Gallagher is a fifth generation Nevadan and received his undergraduate degree from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon and his juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California.  He was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and U.S. District Court, District of Nevada in 1983, the California State Bar, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California and U.S. District Court, Southern District of California in 1984, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court in 1991.


Mr. Gallagher’s practice is broad-based and extensive in the areas of corporate law, environmental, business and civil litigation, as well as matters involving the enforcement of intellectual property rights. Mr. Gallagher’s litigation matters throughout the last two decades have involved a number of complex, federal and state court cases involving both large corporations as well as local business interests. Mr. Gallagher is a member of the Washoe County and American Bar Associations, State Bar of Nevada (Commercial Law Section; Business Law Committee, 1987-1990; Chairman, Uniform Commercial Code Sub-committee, 1988-89), and the State Bar of California.
