Mr. Fuller is a senior partner who joined the firm in 1986. He graduated from University of Nevada, Reno in 1981 with a BS in business administration and received his law degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1985, graduating with great distinction. He was elected to the Order of the Coif, the National Legal Honor Society. While in law school, he clerked in the Property Rights Division of the Pacific Legal Foundation, a public interest organization. He was admitted to the Nevada and U.S. District Court, District of Nevada in 1985 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit in 1988. Mr. Fuller has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating.

Mr. Fuller's practice focuses on general business transactions and litigation, real estate and probate and estate planning. His clients include credit unions, automobile dealerships, commercial real property owners and many medium sized and small businesses.

Mr. Fuller served on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the University of Nevada Library and the Committee to Aid Abused Women. He also served as Chancellor for the Episcopal Diocese of Nevada from 1993 to 2000.
