Michael N. Goutsaliouk

Michael N. Goutsaliouk is an associate of Guild, Gallagher & Fuller, Ltd. Mr. Goutsaliouk is the son of Ukrainian immigrants. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2019. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude in 2023.

During law school, he served as a senior staffer on the Nevada Law Journal and won Best Note in the 2021 Nevada Law Journal write-on competition. Before joining the firm, Mr. Goutsaliouk served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Connie J. Steinheimer.

Mr. Goutsaliouk’s practice consists of general commercial, business, and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada.
